Business owns the copyright for all designs, including but not limited to logos, text, and images used for the Client's product. By using our services, Client grants Business the right to use their logo and brand identity in our portfolio and marketing materials.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days of receipt of payment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier and location. Business is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If Client is not satisfied with the product, they can return it within 14 days for a full refund. However, this policy does not apply to bespoke products or orders with personalized specifications.
Business is not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses that may occur in relation to the product or services provided. Client agrees to indemnify Business against any claims or losses caused by their breach of these Terms and Conditions.
If Client cancels an order, Business reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total order value.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through the courts of England and Wales.
